Just got back from a medical clinic, been having trouble with leg muscles despite taking it more and more easy and it's been worsening so I went for help an hour before they closed as I was almost in tears and I live with permanent nerve damage. She didn't think it would improve without steroids so I gave in and let them inject me and took a bunch of pills. She said I should feel some difference in the morning, I'm choosing to believe it as I've spent months reducing activity and trying to ignore it and it's time for a break!9 -

PS. I forgot to mention that I went out for a long walk for the first time! Lot's of hills and thank God no problems. I took a lot of stops to take it all in and to thank God for my blessings. It's good to see people out and about enjoying nature. It was a beautiful day.

Yes times three! Been busy! Did not keep track in my fitness pal, but did keep track via another app for my calories. It was recommended by my trainer whom I was meeting twice a week before all this happened. Wow I miss her! So great to learn all about power lifting and definitely a new skill. Missing the gym like crazy. So I decided to come back to MFP for calorie tracking as it is what I know.3
