Thought I'd start us off with a simple discussion - What do you lovely people do for exercises whilst we're self-isolating? ![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
For me, I have a fold-up exercise mat, for which I use folded up for step ups (Usually about 5-8 minutes) and unfolded for push-ups and sit-ups (5 sets of 20).
I also have some dumbells, which I do preacher curls (3 sets of 20), dumbbell presses (Using the mat, 3 sets of 20), weighted squats (3 sets of 20) and lunges.
If I'm doing a cardio day, I still use the classic Wii Fit haha! The Rhythm Boxing and Hula Hoop on there are pretty good for some light cardio whilst indoors!
Anyway, over to you!
