It rained all day. It stoped raining and I was enjoying a nice walk this evening. And then it started to rain again. Here’s to hoping I can get my personal goal of 10000 plus steps a day in the rest of the week! 🌨🌨🌨🌨💨 😁😆10 -

Exercised: No (no walk, rain most of the day)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Coldest and wettest start to June here since 1943. Between work and weather was unable to get out to walk.
Keeping Austin (our 9 week old german shepherd pup) indoors all day was a trying exercise. Unfortunately his barking stresses my daughter to the point of inaction. So today was quite a juggle of home tasks (including looking after the pup) and handling the fallout from the Sat/Sun work emergencies.
Really tired now, more mentally than physically. Too tired to do the 20 mins replacement bodyweight exercise set. Unfortunately, will need to start June with a pass.
Congratulations those who kept going last moth to the end (whether in the winners circle or not). The goal is to persist and build habits.
Special congratulations to those who made circle for May. That is quite an achievement. UAC is the toughest challenge on MFP.15 -
@craigo3154 With you all the way, wish I could do more. Hang on in there, there's lots of us rooting for you. Tomorrow is another day...9

Prelogging my dinner and a snack to keep me honest. I find that I stick to the plan when I prelog.
Would have got more dog walking in but my city has a curfew to stay inside due to protests/ riots. Hopefully it only lasts a few days longer.

Congratulations to the circle!Got the new month off to a good exercise start.
Biked up a good hill.
Kind of upped my game a bit even though I didn't do as much as I did last Friday.
I think I am going to wear my heart monitor all of this month.
I got the free trial subscription on Strava.
If I wear heart monitor it tracks some additional parameters like relative effort.
I like that goofy stuff, all of those numbers.
That Strava motivates me somehow.6 -
