    HIIT Workout

    20 burpees
    20 jumping jacks
    30 high knees
    30 crunches

    1 min break

    30 skaters
    30 squat jumps
    30 squat pulses
    30 second plank

    30 pushups
    15 side planks with twist
    20 v push ups

    Finish with two sets of 1 minute planks
