The Duckabush sure is pretty at that spot, Dave.
Got the boat on the water for the first time this season. Just took it to nearby freshwater lake and she started up and ran smooth on the first turn of the key. Nice. I think I need a new prop, though. Old aluminum prop is starting look a little rough.
Did not fish but just cruised the perimeter of the lake. Took about an hour.

Morning Men~
Totally forgot to check in yesterday. Tried to begin some work on computer. Still pretty still/sore. Managed to squeeze in a half day before surrendering. Will try the same today.
Lee - hows DS making it at SERE? I presume you are in the dark as I doubt they suspend training of SERE for calls to Mommies and Daddies.
Back is feeling better each day. The left leg hurts terribly. Especially my hip and upper thigh. Hoping whatever nerves we manipulated settle down soon.
TGIF.
Cheers,

DS#1 is incommunicado for 3 weeks.
Bill, great you got to talk and query your pain Doc. Face time is important.
Patient: "Doc it hurts when I do this"
Doc: "Then don't do that"
I crack myself up. Seriously, hope that nerve pain calms down for you Skip.

Good Morning!
Super glad that today is Friday!
Lee, I'm glad to see that you got your boat wet. I forgot how important that is to do regularly.
Skip, praying that you find healing and relief quickly!
Dave, you hike in some of the most beautiful country! Wow!
Sam, how are the yoga classes going?
Have a great day!0 -
Good morning gentlemen.
Hope the leg pain eases, Skip. It took six months for some of Rita's residual "tingling" to ease off, after her neck surgery.
The rivers flowing out of the Olympics are pretty. Lots of big rocks and narrow slots. The spot where that photo was taken has a large, deep green hole that looks great for a cooling swim, but that water stays really cold year round.
Preparing for DS' birthday, tomorrow. He and family are coming over to our house to celebrate. I am doing a couple racks of ribs, ranch beans, corn on the cob. Rita is making coleslaw and baking a cake. She dug out the dinosaur-shaped pan she used for David's 4th birthday, 29 years ago. He'll get a kick out of that. Anyway, I'll dry rub the ribs, tonight.1
