    Morning~

WOW! Trip to doc yesterday was great! X-rays are showing great progress on the hardware placement.....and he gave me two painful cortisone shots in the cheek and the hip to calm down the sciatica. I feel like a million bucks this morning. Brace for another 3 months is the biggest annoyance.

Good luck with the Lake Lot discussions. Hope you all find what you are looking for.

Pool was filled yesterday. They come today to complete electrical and get the pumps going. This weekend is final work on irrigation and sod. Should be swimming in a few days! Woot!

Gonna try half day on the computer again today and tomorrow. Maybe venture out to get some hairs chopped off later.

    Cheers,
    Skip

    Mornin' BBB.

So good to hear you got relief from cortisone shots and got a good progress report. Pool looks fabulous.

Spent evening picking rocks the size of my head out of a 3 acre plot where we will be planting special grasses for dog training and hunting cover. Lost count of how many tractor buckets we filled. Ready for seeding now.

    Thunderstorms for today.

Steph, that beer looks awfully good. Well deserved.

Mary, the camping lot you are looking at is not on the water, but has access?

    BBB OP ;-)

    Hi BBB

Yes, that's correct Lee. The off lake lots have deeded access to lake via a park like parcel the HOA maintains, on water, that has a pier, small beach sand swim area, picnic area and boat parking for about 10 boats. This lot, I want to buy is about a 4 house walk to our would be boat docked on water there. They have a dozen or more of these park like parcels around the entire lake to serve the off lots owners around each area of that specific group of off lots....

So I youtubed some nightcrawler rigging clips. Some take half a worm and thread it up the hook, yes? I need a fishing lesson!

So glad the shots helped you Skip! Pool is beautiful. Now get some gorgeous containers of flowers, plants there too! Petals n Planters sure could fix that!

Enjoy your hikes, bikes, walks, and day BBB

I got a day date on a potoon with my guy and a fully charged battery 😉😉

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Skip, sounds like you found better living through modern chemistry. The pool is fabulous!
    • Similar situation on our lake Mary. Many of the off-lake lots have lake access with a dock.
    • So Lee has been harvesting rocks. Must be a very special lot.
    • Sounds like a nasty day on the stock market based on a significant uptick in Covid-19 cases. Now who could have seen that coming?
    • Sam, is it T-2?

    Good morning BBB crew.

That's why they had all those rock walls in New England, Lee. Look on it as a great workout, right?

Worms are the classic bait, but I never had much luck with them.

Yet another cool, cloudy day with a few showers. Getting monotonous.

    Morning BBB

Lunch and dinner out plus 3 IPA's has left me with an upset stomach this morning. Probably a combo on one too many beers and deep fried food since we haven't had much that wasn't super healthy in the last year

We are relaxing in hotel room this am before heading to South Dakota. Not having breakfast in a hotel is weird. Im glad I'm not still a business traveller Will likely drive all the way back to dads tonight so 8-9 hours in the car.

Skip so glad you finally got some relief. And that pool. Looks heavenly...so glad you decided to go forward with the plan.

My most favorite fishing is fly fishing. Love to watch trout and steelhead take the fly.
Glad Skips cortisone is working thus far.
Too much salty food along with two beers sent me into slight elevated heart rate and palpitations. Water and keeping cool bring me back to normal.
Wow Lee a new (to me) way to use worms. I too like other bait when bait fishing like salmon eggs.
    cloudy and spritzy here today.

So the video shows threading the worm up the hook. I shall try this. Tx Lee

The weekenders are starting to arrive, guess I klnow now how the year rounders feel. Lol. Quite during the week on the lake.

Temps aren't gonna be much over 70s, but dry. Good for packing yard up. We talked with potential sellers. They are on board selling to us, yay....Just apprehensive on what to do with their renters... theyll let us know what they decide. We will write a formal offer Monday. Even if we have to wait til fall, guess we will have to. Not ide as l, but...

Moving RV to fireman Chris' yard now instead of yard A. His driveway is bigger. On same block as new place. Now to settle the boat in...

    Good night BBB
