Yes times three. Today was a great day exploring one of my favorite local islands with the kids and my husband. Lots of hiking and enjoying sea life watching.15

Morning run was hard today but I did 5km on the hills. Also got in 30 minutes of yoga and my housemate and I led kids and adult zoom Jiu Jitsu class because coach was busy. So that was more than enough exercise! The rest of the day was spent doing laundry and reading in the sun!
All food logged and well under calories with a small treat.
Hiking a local mountain tomorrow with my Jiu Jitsu small group and their families! Loving this winter weather... It's nearly like summer.12 -

Third good day in a row! No idea what triggered the mood change, but I feel so much better than at the beginning of the week!
Did a 60-minute class, 45 minutes of which were Pilates and the last 15 minutes Stretching. I also walked for another 40 minutes.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Cooked nice food. I'm also planning meals and menus ahead. I had totally lost any enthusiasm for that, but with the help of some batch cooking, peanut butter sandwiches and some nice ready meals it doesn't feel like such a chore any more.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! 4 hours of dog walking. Beautiful weather so I took him along the river where it is nice and shady. He loves to swim so he had the best time!

Today has been a good day. It passed so quickly though! There never seems to be enough time to do everything I want to do!

Loving being so consistent with all my yoga and walking but I’m starting to feel like I post the same thing every day, I’m going to have to mix it up soon!9 -
Pass day number 2 today.
I didn't exercise and I went over calories by quite a lot. Played some board games online with some friends and had some cocktails and chocolate - on top of a full diary. It was fun and no regrets.

It’s hot outside today so I got up at 5;30 am and went to the barn to do chores and ride a horse that is relatively new to me. I still feel a little uneasy on him. He is beautiful and graceful but he is mighty quick to react to outside stimuli. 90+ minutes of activity

Even on workman’s comp, got 94 minutes of exercise, Logged everything and came in under goal.
Today was the absolute worst at work today; they took my salary, my job description, my teammates, and today my premium parking space. You’re welcome, employer, for 19 years of loyal service.
I’ll be working on my resume this weekend. Put a fork in me. I’m done.13 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes: 100 minutes of walking with the pup and 50 minutes of upper body strength training with bodyweight and dumbbells.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - We made “Food Cart Style Chicken with White Sauce” from Skinnytaste. It’s delicious seasoned chicken on a bed of chopped lettuce, red onion, and tomatoes. Then you add a lighter version of white sauce and some harissa. Such a deliciously filling meal.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes! Drank a lot less water today compared to yesterday but still well above 64 oz.

Very active today. Did my last student gift bag dropoffs by bike in the morning, then in the afternoon I volunteered at my school for a family food distribution which involved lots of moving of melons, pushing carts, and lifting bags. My Fitbit thought I spent 20 minutes swimming in the middle of it 😂 Then I did a 90 minute walk in the evening. Ended the day with 20k steps. Felt good to be active!7 -

Today was an intensely emotional day. I graduated from residency training today - I said goodbye to my colleagues, mentors, advocates, and best friends from the past 8 years... all at once, and it couldn't even be in person. I did not push emotions away with food. I did enjoy a nice meal and a few glasses of wine with one of these friends, which put me slightly over. This was a pass day done well.11 -
