    It has become harder and harder to feel satiated these days, and to feel motivated and focused to accomplish things during the day. I realized that part of it is that I haven't been able to go to work for the past three weeks. (No invoices being printed because of a lovely little ransomware virus, so nothing for me to file. Thankfully, we could avoid paying the ransom because our backups worked). I don't go everyday, and I don't stay more than 3 or 4 hours usually, but it was something I worked into my week, and let's face it....it was my time to interact with real people. So today (June 18th) I went to work for 15 minutes, just to say "hi" and scan some documents. Then I went to see my in-laws, who live about 15 minutes from work. I hadn't seen them for three months! That was after I ate EVERYTHING in the house, and for only the second time since April 1st, did absolutely no exercise. It was a Pass Day of epic proportions.

    And hot-humid weather is settling into Ontario for the next week or so ... which will also tend to impact potentially leaving the house and being able to see other [real] people.

    How is the lake-effect humidex forecast down your way, @HASWLRS ?
