Pass Day #4
It has become harder and harder to feel satiated these days, and to feel motivated and focused to accomplish things during the day. I realized that part of it is that I haven't been able to go to work for the past three weeks. (No invoices being printed because of a lovely little ransomware virus, so nothing for me to file. Thankfully, we could avoid paying the ransom because our backups worked). I don't go everyday, and I don't stay more than 3 or 4 hours usually, but it was something I worked into my week, and let's face it....it was my time to interact with real people. So today (June 18th) I went to work for 15 minutes, just to say "hi" and scan some documents. Then I went to see my in-laws, who live about 15 minutes from work. I hadn't seen them for three months! That was after I ate EVERYTHING in the house, and for only the second time since April 1st, did absolutely no exercise. It was a Pass Day of epic proportions.9 -
@HASWLRS I clocked up 5 Pass Days this month out of a similar malaise. I think all of us in this challenge need to give ourselves a big fat pat on the back, for not giving up, picking ourselves up again after a stumble, for these are horrible and difficult times. All my love and respect to all of you, and especially to @juliemouse83.9

And hot-humid weather is settling into Ontario for the next week or so ... which will also tend to impact potentially leaving the house and being able to see other [real] people.
How is the lake-effect humidex forecast down your way, @HASWLRS ?

@HASWLRS @Chinkiri It's no small accomplishment just to recognize what's really happening on these days we're not proud of. Whether you have 27 or only 24 healthy days out of 30 is not the point. The point is to learn our own patterns and make realistic changes! I think you're doing it right, winners' circle or not.7
