Good morning gentlemen.
Got up late (for me) and was surprised to find nobody had started today's roll call. Hope all of you in the East are enjoying a good snooze.
DS and family are coming over for supper. DW is slow roasting a big hunk of pork. She already baked pies. Looking forward to it.

Stand Up Paddleboarding just a prelude to me getting very wet.
Happy Father's Day! My other son will come over as his mother requested we will grill some hot dogs, enjoy with some potato salad, which my wife hasn't made in many a year and we will finish up with the 4 layer Coconut Cake my son has made. Strange diet to have the day after you get your blood work back to tell you your triglycerides have gone up. But the word has gone out that afterward I will lockdown on my eating habits and get things back were they belong. The highlight will be some wonderful beer my son went out to get as does each year. My favorite was not available for curbside pickup at the brewery so I sent him elsewhere. I haven't had much beer this last year. I will have one right after church and one with dinner. I will compensate with a 10 minute walk0 -

I got my kayak wet this morning. It was very nice out at the lake. I got a good soaking as I was trying to get out. I was beached, but not out of my kayak, when a fast boat came by, too close. I caught the wake waves up and over the back of my kayak. Soaked me good. It was warm out, and stuff happens, so it was all good. I was not about to let that ruin anything for me.
Connie and I went to a local meat market yesterday. Awesome meat. You can really taste the difference over store bought meat. We bought some hot dogs yesterday. They have to be about the best hot dogs that I have ever eaten. Wow!
Somewhere, I hurt my back yesterday. I'm just very stiff this morning. I'm afraid that I might be over doing the running. Darn it! This is the second time that my back has hurt since I started running again. My chiropractor says that I am twisting my pelvis, and that I shouldn't be running. That just breaks my heart. They do have a lot of great walking programs on my new treadmill, so I think that I will back off the running again for a spell. Frustrating.
Otherwise quiet day today. Take out Mexican for dinner tonight, and frozen custard for desert.
My weight was up 1/2 pound this week. Oops.

Spent day celebrating dear niece graduation with chipotle. Paying the price now. Ugh.
