Belated Father’s Day to all. Sounds like you all had some fun yesterday— loved the SUP picture of Sam. Ha ha.

I ended up face timing or talking on phone with my kids on and off during the day, while nursing a sore foot/ankle I got Friday. Baked myself a sourdough loaf and made a pot of bean and vegetable soup. Virtual church in the morning.

Holding off on walking exercise while plantar fasciitis is healing, then will ease back into it to make d@mm sure I don’t make it worse. Had been doing SO well.

    Have a good day.

    Morning~

Mike - Hope the foot/ankle improve today!

Got some Vitamin D all weekend - pool side....too much Vitamin D.

Today / this week - gonna be a busy one. Lots going on around the house. Fence guys; Landscape guys; finishing up Screened in Patio; Pressure washing; etc....

Hoping to get all my work done to catch the Talladega race this afternoon.

    Cheers,
    Skip

    Mornin' gents.

Sam has got good balance, evidently. Looking good!

Helped DW host a luncheon for her sibs, yesterday. Got to speak to me dad and boys on the phone. Sweltering day in our area. Not enough air moving.

Bill, saw the photo of you and yer boys. They are much taller than you.

So great you got your pool in time to be able to cool off this summer, Skip.
    Looks so inviting.

Hope that ankle and fasciitis flare heals up quick, Mike.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good morning gentlemen.

Had a great fathers day. DS and family were over here for the evening. DW made fantastic pulled pork. Great time.

They gave me a Chrome Link for the TV, as well as access to Disney +. Now I can waste my time streaming The Mandalorian, in addition to The Wire. The IT department (my DS) set the whole thing up.

Should be 80 degrees, sunny, with a light breeze - darn near perfect. The Pacific Northwest summer is finally here.

    Good Morning!

    Sam, fantastic picture.

It sounds like everyone had a good Father's Day!

I'm taking three days off from work this week. I need to chill out a little. We are not going anywhere, I just hope to get some rest in.

Connie speaks in Leavenworth tonight at one of the first post COVID live events for MADD across the country. I think that they will be safe about it.

    Have a great day!

    Good Morning

A wonderful, not necessarily healthy, Father's day. I am awash in Ale after one son gave me a 4 pack and my other son brought 2 more when he heard his brother wasn't able to get any of my favorite from the local brewery and knew where to find some. 12 pints, more then I have had in 2 years. We knocked off 3. The coconut custard cake my son made was amazing and quite rich. We are giving much of it away. But it was great to be with both of them. Quarantine keeps my oldest in SF, but since he was with his mom last week it didn't matter much. Daily walking and exercise continue today.

I will be praying for Connie's talk tonight Steve. Good work you two are doing.
