Making the thread to rejuvenate the posting. No lifting today. But making thread while we have people saying hi.

Did a hike/run that turned into more of a death march when I made the wrong turn to catch the less than 3 mile loop, and ended up on then 6+ mile route. Oops.

So I'll add my last workout, which was Sunday the 17th.

    I did:

    Squat 5x5 @ 80lbs

    OHP 5x5 @ 50lbs

    DL 2x5 @ 115lb

Between sets, I jumped rope for cardio, not between all sets, just some.

I work out again today, but I work out late at night so I'll update tomorrow.

    Rather boring update:

    Yesterday I did:

    Squat 5x5 @ 85lbs
    Bench 5x5 @ 55lbs
    Barbell Row 5x5 @ 75lbs

I pulled something in my shoulder a little on my 25th barbell row, I've taped it up good with some KT tape - KT tape for the shoulder is FANTASTIC.

Everything felt good and moved well, except that last row.

I didn't do cardio, I'd been to the dentist and I was having a lot of jaw pain. Lifting helps with the pain, but I didn't want to push it with cardio.

    Yesterday I did:

    Squat 5x5 @ 90lbs
    OHP 5x5 @ 55lbs
    DL 2x5 @ 125lbs

All lifts went well. Sore today.

Did brisk walking between sets to keep my heart rate up, wasn't feeling the jump rope.

I haven't been sleeping well, so I'm feeling tired today.
