June 2020 WATER Challenge

Let's interact and encourage each other in June. For this month’s challenge drink 64oz a day minimum. They say you should drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces. This is way too much for me. I am not a water drinker. We can share daily our accomplishments or struggles but we can also check in next Sunday on how we did for the week. Let me know in this thread if you are in the challenge. You can start at any time.

Wowza - I need to REALLY do a better job of water consumption this week. I feel better and lose better when I do.

My goal is 64 a day but I generally go over that. Sorry you will hate me but I love drinking water. lol I generally don't even count how much because I know I get the amount needed. I do think it is important and helps to lose the weight for sure.

@howie6267 just wondering because I struggle getting enough water. Do you drink water from the tap or bottled water? Do you have a filter? If so what kind?0
