    Morning~

Busy day of meeting and doc appt's this morning. Perfect weather on the horizon today and tomorrow so hoping for a few hours in the pool later this afternoon!

Truly enjoyed hosting Lee and AB! Highlight of the weekend!

Short week for the Holiday weekend upcoming - so focus will be tough all week.

    Cheers,
    Skip

Love the picture of AB chasing down decoy in the pool! Funny.

Dropped off a loaf of my sourdough bread at DS Joe’s last night. He was out at a wake, but said it was delicious. I’m munching away on the other loaf. Came out tangier this time, although shaped more like a flying saucer than a loaf. Still good.

Thunder storms last night with two lightning strikes near the condo only a few hundred yards away. Nearly jumped out of my chair. Cooler weather today and next few days, will get in some hiking. DD is done with finals and papers and will come out for a socially distant hike finally. Looking forward to it.

    Stay safe.

    Good Morning!

Skip, awesome pictures of you, Lee, and AB. I am happy that you guys got together.

Mike, you always post great pictures. That's funny about the autonomous zone.

I had a very successful outing with my new smoker/grill last night. I roasted potatoes coated in oil and onion soup mix. I roasted them in a very heavy cast iron skillet. They came out perfect. I also roasted two very large chicken breasts. They too came out great. My brine was a little sweet for my taste, but they cooked fantastic. I'm looking forward to using the grill again soon. Maybe next time, plane ol' burgers.

Super busy at work. We are three weeks behind with shipments to orders. That is good, but not. Great to have the orders, sucks to be that far behind. That just creates angry customers. And, we are at quarter end. I won't have any shortage of things that I can work on this week.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin' gents.

Great lunch with Skip yesterday. Got to meet beautiful Carrie as well. Babe really enjoyed the pool and back yard. I really enjoyed the company, cold drinks, sandwich, and the air conditioned man cave.

    I need a haircut.

It was a hot one. Odd to see this heat in June. Tomatoes are loving it. One of the dogs picked my first ripe tomato off the vine and ate it last night before I brought them in. I had considered picking it when I had fed them earlier. Kind of the way my luck has been going lately.

Japenese beetles have made an appearance.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good Morning

I enjoyed the pictures of the Docs and of course the star of the show, Babe.

I am off for an early morning physical with my Doc. It was delayed from the COVID outbreak, but he is doing it now. Lots to talk about and decisions to make about a few issues. Yesterday was a hard day but today is a new one. My two weeks of staying after my wife trip is over. I will resume early morning shopping, but still pretty much shelter in space as the virus continues to ramp up and people's attitude ramps down.

I haven't had my hair this long in decades. I was past due for a haircut when things shut down. Part of me wants to let it keep going.

Wow Skip and Lee you are blessed indeed to meet up. Good grief Lee you are ahead of me in ripe tomatoes this year for a change. Just have had a lot of cold weather in early summer.
Sorry to hear about the Japanese beetles. They finally made their way to Oregon in a small area only where I live and they are working hard to see if they can eradicate them (good luck with that).
My wife did a good job cutting my hair.
