Foggy sunrise after yesterday's downpours and thunderstorms. Lightning struck neighbor's yard at one point, but saw a double rainbow around sunset. Weather looks better going forward--planning on hiking tomorrow with DD Ali and her 3 munchkins.
Skip, hopefully the PT guy knows what he's doing and will make you better. Bill, hope the new pain guy can be a help. Steve, good luck with end of month.

Sore today. Overdid it humping some umbrella's/stands to back yard. Nice Happy Hour in back yard w/ neighbors last night.

Good morning gentlemen.
There is a 50 percent chance of rain, but I am heading out for a hike anyway. This is my annual long trek up a river valley in the Olympics. The river has taken over a short stretch of the trail, so I expect to wade through some cold water on the way up and back. Should ensure isolation on much of the hike, at least.

Quiet day today. Just PT this morning and some groceries and then some chores and a short walk. Volunteer stuff is under control too. I just need to check in with my Mentees. There will be some coffee and reading time too.
