    Took all evening to re-hydrate after spending all afternoon brush hogging at my hunt club.
    It was really hot. So hot that there was no bugs.

    Thanks, Steve. Actually going in to the office for our visit this time.

    Easy does it Doc Skippy. I say this to my patients all the time post op, "you are your own worst enemy and I'm going to give you a sedative so you don't overdo it". Actually I tell this to their owners.

    Nice morning here, and supposed to stay in low 70’s all day. Hiking with DD and GKs—first get together for any length of time since early March. Meeting up 1/2-way to hike along French River and into a cedar swamp. Hope mosquitoes don’t pick up and fly away with GKs.

    Good luck on the hike Mike! Sounds great! We had a good time at the Oregon Coast on a secluded beach last week-end. Mostly hundreds of feet away from anyone.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Had a wonderful hike, yesterday. Didn't have to wade; did have to climb over quite a few downed trees. The upper part of the hike was in beautiful solitude. On the lower part of the hike back, I met dozens of backpackers heading out for the weekend. Long hike, but worth it: 19.2 miles, 1,840 feet of climbing.

    Another cloudy, cool day, today.

    Dave, you continue to amaze me with how long your hikes are. That is just fantastic! You are an inspiration.

    I'm not sure what today has in store. I am glad to be off work. I'm going outside early to nuke the heck out of those Japanese beetles, and other critters in my yard. Heat advisory for today, with heat indexes expected to be well over 100. I plan to stay inside most of the day.

    Enjoy that hike, Mike. Those mosquitoes sound enticing.

    I went on a 15 minute hike yesterday around the park. First day of back to back 15 minutes walks as I slowly ramp up my knee. Starting to add in some exercises to rebuild strength which will take a while. I need to go shopping again since I seem to have missed a lot of things. Mr List forgot to make one. A beautiful day and weekend ahead, not that we will be going or gathering anywhere.

    Morning! Late start following a late night in pool w/ neighbors who dropped by! Pool lit up at night was alot of fun!
    Love the hike photos you shared, SGM! Jealous of the amazing scenery you have in the PacNW.
    Getting chores done - errrr....supervising the kid I hired to come clean garage floors :D - likely some pool time this afternoon.
    Lee - I know. Paying for it today! Back and hip are sore AF!

    Hope all enjoy some down time this weekend!
