    Good Morning!

Storms in the area, but we have not received any rain here yet.

Super wild day yesterday. Hoping for a calmer day today.

My internet has been acting up. I couldn't use the internet connection on the TM this morning. I'm keeping this note short, in case it goes out again.

    Have a great day!

Warm and very humid this morning, and heating up later as clouds break up. Will turn on AC and work inside mostly. Visited w/ DS an hour yesterday on his porch. Have to finish taxes, install faucets I bought yesterday make phone calls. Making some recipes—chili, brown rice & black bean salad. Too hot to bake bread.

Hoping to get out camping this summer, but watching COVID situation carefully. Downside is shared bathrooms at campgrounds, otherwise can social distance well. Some remote campsites have own outhouse, but then again sanitized outhouse probably an oxymoron.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Beautiful hike, yesterday. Way more people on the trails than normal. A combination of having time off from work and a desire to do something away from crowds (ironic, there). Probably 50 percent were masking up and keeping social distance.

Rain, today, seems to be staying north of us, a bit. I'll mow the lawn, this afternoon, I guess. have an appointment for periodic eye tests, to monitor my glaucoma.

Here's a view of the Cowlitz Chimneys on the trail, yesterday.

    Good Morning

Dave I don't know which is more majestic, The Chimneys or that stand of trees. But majestic it is. Thanks for sharing.

Busy day with Miracle Friends work and a panel discussion on The Unhoused in the Bay Area offered by the SF Chronicle. Excellent stuff. But today I will finally start my taxes. I have everything, so I just need to sort thru and enter it and take some time to give it a few reviews. I will owe again with the Tax Blessing dropped on the country last year. I restart one of my literacy students tomorrow online and need to get used to working that and the prep into the schedule with all the Miracle Friends stuff and house needs. No PT this week and am holding up pretty well. Perhaps I will reach out to the new Doc and see where things stand on getting all my records.

Have an amazing day. Stay safe. Be Blessed!

    Good Afternoon,
    Continues SULTRY HOT and HUMID
Cut grass early this morning, still wet and guess so early no one was dressed to come out and complain; not suppose to make noise before 8 but on Mondays garbage collectors come through about 6:30 a.m.
We generally always have to pay but went ahead and processed taxes beginning of March; mainly because one year someone filed a return and received a large refund using our socials; still having to use pins to file, what saved us is that we always have to pay a small amount.
Great pictures Dave, hope eye exam came out good.
It's bad when one needs to go to work for a break,
Neighbor claims 6 Saturdays and a Sunday every week, may could do if I dropped yoga classes and some mission work.
