    Loggin in now, as I will not be logging or keeping track of things today. It is my partner's birthday, so I will be making lasagna (meat for them, vegetarian for me!) and eating cake after. I have had it planned, so I feel no guilt for today, but I know I cannot slack like this any more.

    Joined this group to get myself accountable again, and I have found I am slipping back into my lazy habits. And obviously, those habits won't get me where I want to be!

    (see my comment to you re "Dollar Store Episode" yesterday .... recognizing and acknowledging habits that need changing is the point where change has a chance to begin.)
