WE made it. Its the weekend!
Taking today off as morale leave. Got some HOA business to do this morning; afternoon lounging in pool; Happy Hour hosting tonight with boss and some neighbors around pool.
Mary - hope you get some lake time all summer! I know you are excited for September to finally own/use the lot.
Do we have an ensign in our ranks somewhere this week? Or do we need to provide you a solid alibi for the other situation
Enjoy!

Mornin' BBB.
Hot n' muggy. Bank of thunderstorms heading our way.
I hate to say it, but the "guy" who is mowing my lawn while the tractor is still in the shop is doing a great job and I'm loving not having to do it.

Morning BBB
Delightful stay in a home2suites in SLC. Large room with a kitchen so all the camping gear got aired out and will get repacked for next time. I don't hate camping but a hotel is sure nice.
We visited several little old mining towns in Colorado: Leadville, Creed's, Salida and A quick stop in Durango. Then spent an hour or two in Moab. We did the national parks there last fall and they were crowded and it was 100 so we drove on.
Hiked 3-4 miles twice a day with not too much climbing. The altitude was already high and still babying my foot.
Will meet our new pets this afternoon. 3 dogs and a cat.0 -
Good morning BBB crew.
Sounds like a fun tour through the Rockies, Steph. I haven't hiked at real altitude for a long time. One of the great things about the Olympic Mountains, is that I can get craggy alpine scenery and never get much over 6,000 feet.0 -
Good Morning,
Another sultry HOT and HUMID day
Will try and stay inside0 -
Good morning BBB Friends.
- The nasty heat you mid-westerners have been experiencing hit us and it doesn't look like it is going away anytime soon. Thank God for air conditioning.
- Sounds like a fun trip Steph. How long is your SLC gig?
- Lee, as you get older knowing "the guy" is a good thing. It allows for more time hunting, biking, or whatever.
- Mary, I also liked those vacations that allowed a few days at home before, you know.
- My calendar is blank. What shall I do???

We are in SLC for just over 2 weeks. It was supposed to be 4 but their trip to Spain got cancelled and they are going camping and to visit family now instead.0

No ensign. I need extensive therapy.
Steph, I think we all know that my idea of camping is a holiday inn express. No thank you to a tent and hot temps. I need air conditioning especially at night with my uh, night sweats.
Home alone and drinking. Dogs are here, not drinking alone.
Sam, what did you do for your big day?
Love the pictures that you share Dave. Please don’t think I take that stuff for granted. Thank you!!
Mary, next time you’re I west Allis, would you drive by ds1 apt and whack him for me? Ha
Lee, not doing things and calling “the guy” has to be glorious. I do too much. I keep calling ds2. He never responds now. Ha. He left for a bit this afternoon never made it back in the house before he’s gone again. Ha.
Dennis, the heat and humidity here is hideous. I wish is upon no one. I think it’s probably hell’s temperature.
I had a cherry tomato blooming. The tomato itself was about the size of a small gumball. It’s gone. What happened? Ds2 touched it out of astonishment and it fell off. He didn’t think I’d notice. Ha.
Going to wash my hair and put on pjs. It’s only 6:20 and a Friday night. I have no life. Ha.
I’m sure I’ll start us off tomorrow. I’m out the door before 7.0
