Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

@RangerRickL
Happy birthday celebration week. What a nice way to celebrate and a great workaround to our situation. Enjoy your family time.10 -
Pass Day #1
I couldn't get to sleep last night night, and I couldn't figure out why, but after an hour of tossing and turning I got up and came downstairs. Of course, I realize then that I am hungry (I go to bed slightly hungry every night seeing as I am actively trying to lose weight!!) So I ate. And then I ate some more. When I got up this morning I discovered the reason I was tossing and turning....the pedestal fan was not on oscillate and it was not facing my side of the bed! And I can't even be mad at my husband (who goes to bed before me) because I am the one who changed the setting on the fan during the daytime when I was in the bedroom! My husband is so tired at the end of the day that he wouldn't even have noticed when he turned the fan on because a few seconds later he would have been asleep!! And I knew the fan was on, so I never suspected that my temperature was the reason I was tossing and turning!!
But on a positive note...it is raining today!! It has been so hot and dry here that some of the crops were on life support!!12 -
Pass day #2!
Did not expect to need to use this so soon.
Day started well, left very early to go to the sea for kayaking.
Somewhere between the car and the sea I lost my Fitbit. I rely on it hugely.. I feel very lost without it! I'm gutted as I had only just replaced it a couple of months back.. my partner has offered me his to use from tomorrow until I can afford to buy another one. I'm really grateful for this.
Exercise was fine - 3 hours kayaking in the sea, 2 hours of dog walking so far, and possibly another little walk later if my dog wants to.
But food.. we had icecreams adter the kayak, and probably too many snacks to be under my calories.
Frank was really happy to be back in the kayak though! I'm lucky to have such an adventurous dog by my side!

SSTTT .... two members have posted "I have this personal challenge / block" entries on the "What's On Your Mind Today" page
If you don't normally drop by there, please do just for today and give each of them your support.
Invitation is always open from those of us who are regularly there to anyone willing to ask - but as always ONLY if and to the degree you feel willing and comfortable to do so.4 -

@ajdvegan The picture of your dog in the kayak brought such a smile to my face. What a joyful wonder that must be.
Yes, yes, yes for today.
I have unfortunately have had several pass days. I was back to the office this week after working from home since March. It was harder than I thought and have found myself in a bit of a funk. Once again, I find myself pushing the reset button on health and fitness. So glad to be here and taking steps of moving in the right direction.8 -
All the yesses, but did just enough to close my rings, came way under calories, as it’s crazy hot, so ate mostly chilled cucumbers in vinegar and grilled squash with a side of grilled sausage.
I figure as long as I’m slinging beds around for hours every day, M-F, I can take active down days on the weekends. 🤷♀️6 -

even subdivided into more than one (or two or three) sessions ... if the total time added up to or over 20 minutes you could relabel. Just sayin'
(the "calories?" answer would still make it an overall Pass, unfortunately ... )

Day 11 - Yes x3
Well my appetite is back it seems! Thankfully I'm not feeling too snackish, I didn't even want the mac & cheese being made. But I managed to eat my normal amount of calories without accidentally undereating OR overeating.
40 minute vinyasa yoga. Nothing eventful today. Just peaceful at least
Looks like it might rain all week, hopefully either the weather changes so I'll be able to go outside or I'll have to actually start working out again in my room lol, I've been kinda avoiding it and sticking to my yoga or walking cuz that's all I feel I have the energy for but it's time I gradually get back to the "fun" stuff Only reason I haven't gone out this weekend is cuz I'm more tired than usual to wanna get out in the heat.

Today was a planned pass day.
I took part in a fund raising car rally for meals on wheels. Had a great time. Lots of fun and food but not much exercise.
It was for a good cause and a needed break for me. Back at it tomorrow

Love that camping with the family idea Ranger Rick... bet that will be a memory that you might choose to make a tradition again someday.
For my accountability:
BARELY YES, YES, YES... Want to know how my evening was made interesting and blessed? Read on...if not... that's ok...keep on moving on. ;D
As Paul Harvey used to say... "...the rest of the story..." goes like this. Cooking dinner...and the room seems a little warm...then hot...and I'm thinking...hmmm...is it just me? Oh no...am I running a fever? (possible exposure to "the virus" on Wednesday and Friday at a doc appt). Well - it was my AC capacitor. It literally exploded...so the AC was out...temp was quickly to over 85 in the house... So - moved my boarding dog clients, my dog and my sons out of the house to a neighbor's house. Called an AC guy I've used before - but he was a no. The other guys I looked at were happy to come out for a small emergency fee...not small... Called a young man that I know from homeschool education groups that we are in...who is now an AC repair technician...but lives kind of far away...to see if he had a capacitor that I could buy from him tonight. Well, this young man not only came way out of his normal driving range after his regular day of work...he showed up with a smile on his masked face, replaced the part, refused to let me pay him at all...I tried cash, check, venmo, zelle, gift cards...and he flat refused....very politely. He said it's my pleasure to help you... I humbly, but reluctantly accepted his gift. I bragged to his Mom and asked her to let me know what stores he likes so I could send him a gift card. She told me to accept the blessing...and not to try to compensate her son because he had seen her go through a tough time...and the owner of the company her son works for... gave her free AC repair. She stated that her son was wanting to bless someone else...the way she had been blessed. HOW NICE IS THAT? DON'T YOU LOVE SEEING A YOUNG MAN CARE FOR OTHERS... AND NOT DOING IT FOR ATTENTION...?9 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, 30 minutes gardening (pulling weeds by the curb, and cutting and bagging brush), and many hours of disinfecting the public areas of my workplace with slow walking
