Up with the sun again, getting used to it. Making coffee and oatmeal and then head out for a morning hike.
Dave, good to hear about your NSV.
And Lee, also good to hear your dosage getting lower. Hope it continues.

Mornin' gents.
Made a buffalo wing sauce for grilled chicken tenders last night. Was up all night eating tums. Lesson learned.
Thanks, Mike. Me too! I desperately want to get back into a more intensive workout routine, but just haven't had the energy for it. Until recently, I felt exhausted after walking the dogs and light garden work in the morning, not to mention feeling like doing any exercise after work.
Am back on the prescription Vit D for another 8 wks. Last check, I was low again. Can't seem to get a good answer for why my Vit D is low. I get a lot of sun and eat a lot of vit D rich foods, plus take a multivitamin with over 100% of Vit D requirement.
How'd the dermatologist go, Sam?
Be OP ;-)

Good morning gentlemen.
Well, we didn't take the long drive, yesterday. Rita woke up with an upset stomach, so we stayed home. I decided to start rebuilding the newel post and railing on our front steps. That required two trips to the hardware store (because I never get the right/enough stuff on the first trip). Still didn't finish. I'll work on that, today, and do some yard work.
I have a telephone appointment with my doctor, today, too. We need to discuss whether I should continue to take omeprazole (Prilosec) for my GRD, and, if not, what treatment I should follow. I take a pill twice a day, or I suffer.

Good Morning!
Starting off to be a very busy day at work again. I'm just taking a few minutes to say hi!
Have a great day!

Good Morning
Yesterday got a little busy with Miracle Friends' weekly call and issues. Should be a bit calmer today. My main goal is to push the button and submit the taxes after one more sanity check. DW's gastro problems are doing better after a day of sleep and rest and she is back to work. Lots to do around the house.
Good luck with Dr appts. I need to email the new pain Dr today too to see when we can get started.0 -
Good Evening,
Great doctor visit, no freezes or biopsies; do not have to return for a year.
Got really ticked at this afternoons yoga class; when class was over lady said she had covid virus; tested July 2nd came back positive, husband still sick. What the heck was she doing out around other folks. I wear a mask and try and keep my distance but how stupid can folks be. She said after 14 days she should be OK and no longer has a cough or fever' she could not understand 14 days is incubation period to see if one gets the virus not to say a person is clear 14 days from symptoms. Checked clinic they believe since I took precautions should be OK but they say a person needs a second test or go a full 10 days without any symptoms or being around anyone who is sick because they could be carriers.0
