Wow, Sam. That lady at your yoga class isn't just ignorant, she is just plain stupid. What are you going to do?

Leg cramps last night. Probably got a bit dehydrated dog training yesterday.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good Morning!

    End of a wild week!

    Lee, take care of yourself!

Sam, any way that you can get management to give that lady the boot?

We were to have tile work done in our bathrooms this week. The installer tested positive for COVID. He is the only installer that the local Lowe's uses. We are going to cancel the labor portion of our contract. Even if he tests negative later, he will still carry the antibodies, and we don't want to take those kinds of chances. What we are leaning towards now, is my taking a couple of vacation days, and doing the work myself.

We are in an excessive heat warning today. Very hot, very humid. Heat indexes above 105. While other places such as the western states are hotter, the really high humidity just saps everything that you've got. I'll try to take it easy, and not go in and out of the office/plant too much today.

    Have a great day!

Steve, if he tests negative after testing positive then he won't be viremic and able to spread the virus. Antibodies may be protective, but are not infective. Although, the question is how did he get exposed? Will he get exposed again? Can he get infected again and able to infect others or is he immune?

So ultimately, your decision to cancel is prudent until we know more.

    Good Morning

Steve, as Lee said your risk from his antibodies shouldn't be a concern, but in today's world, you need to do what makes you comfortable at this point. We always think twice before having contractor in at this point. One for the AC condensation leak and one to assess our recliner for repair, who is due to return eventually.

Lee, I am sorry you are having such a ride this year. I pray that you can get things to settle down.

Feeling good this morning and looking forward to a day of online tutoring, doing some exercise and finding time to bake some custard tarts for the first time. Hopefully next week I can start baking bread again. I also need to finish checking in with my mentees whom I have not already been talking to.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Cloudy and cooler, today, but the sun will return tomorrow. Looking at near 90 by Monday. Yay!

It was my turn to "cook" last night, so we got takeout from a barbecue place. Now we have enough smoked brisket and ribs for two more meals. I think we might be spending more on restaurants during the pandemic than we did before, but it is intended to help local businesses, so it's all good.

    Good Afternoon,
As you said we can't fix stupid,
I've ordered a thermometer and will be checking everyone that comes into my classes as well as continuing to limit number in each class. One gym owner said he would prefer I didn't and my response was you can get someone else to do classes; he started back peddling.
Summer in South, continues HOT and HUMID upper 90's with over 100 heat index, drought in many areas of state.
Beginning to prep bedroom and bath for paint, can't believe amount of sloppy drywall work; re-skimming large areas.
Steve I believe you have enough on plate, call a guy, there are other tile installers out there.
