Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Btw, we are 2/3 through the month...we can do this everyone! We're on the downswing now!10 -
I don't see how the above ends well for the boy in the orange t-shirt!!7

Still not back to logging and didn't eat well today. No official exercise but a very long and busy day.
I'll get back to routine soon...8 -
Three yesses for me today. Exercise was the second run from Week Four of the Couch to 5k programme, and for the first time it didn't feel like a total struggle the whole time. It almost felt ok! Yay!7

Three yeses again. I’m taking it easy with exercise at the moment because my calf is still sore but did 40 mins of yoga (though it was kinda stretchy yoga rather than hard work yoga!), one 30 min dog walk and a super easy flat bike ride with my son which barely counted as exercise but it was so lovely to get out and pootle around together after work.
@fairy_daisy onwards and upwards! So good that you are keeping at the running. I hope you start to enjoy it soon.7 -
Yes, yes, yes!7

Yes x3.
I used up an extra pass day yesterday so no winner's circle but sticking in for the accountability. Lots of walking today (nearly 25k steps) and 25 minutes on the ring fit.10 -
Yes times three for yesterday and today. I’m breaking my own mileage records this week. Sadly, the job search is not yielding any results, so I keep plugging along. Intake is under calorie goal, and I logged everything, even the chips. 😂12

Day 22- Pass #4!
40 minute yoga
There was a mass power outage in my area, and it had been out for hooourrrs. I ended up eating junk food, both boredom/comfort eating but also the only foods to eat without needing the fridge or cooking. Well, that's a bit of an excuse, cuz I can name a few healthier choices to munch on, but I didn't. When the power finally came back I immediately tracked what I ate and realized I had just about my entire day's worth of calories in useless foods. I remember saying the other day, that it can be hard to stop myself from going further when I've already delved a bit far in overindulging, but this time I actually managed to keep my head above water. I didn't let it get to me, didn't give up & continue my food spree. I instead, focused on meals full of nutrients & did a yoga workout to at least use the energy of the food & use up some (tho, not enough) of the calories I splurged on, as well as staying grounded and calm. I could've done better but it could've been worse.
However, a family friend dropped off a homemade meal at our door, and I ate a little of it because, c'mon, not everyday someone leaves you lasagna9 -
Much better day stayed under and exercised along with tracking6

Didn’t post yesterday. Both today and yesterday were good days. Yesx3 kind! Just under calorie budget and 45 mins morning walk in the park. Enrolled a neighbor for company for morning walks for accountability. Also a great way to mix in chatting with exercise.7

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 48 minutes C25K training in the morning, then 50 minutes C25K training in the afternoon. Will start 10k training in a couple days. Also need to get back to my Pilates, Barre and Yoga practices.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yep
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep7 -

@HASWLRS so true!
Yes x3
I am now down to just 0.4 lb away from my goal weight!
Even if I reach it in the next few days, I want to wait to switch my goal over to maintenance until after I return from vacation and re-weigh myself. I leave Saturday for about 10 days and will be eating more than normal and not tracking.
Exciting though to be so close! I've also been part of the UAC for almost a year now so it's great to see the consistent tracking and accountability pay off!10 -
Yes to all 3

@cjane917 Congratulations!!
My report:
Exercise: Active stretching and then out to the horse barn for chores. No riding today, but the horse manure is always waiting to be shoveled.
Tracking: it is the key to success. Okay today
Calories: under by enough6 -
