DD sent me message that my beautiful round loaf of crusty sourdough bread was eaten by their Bernese Mountain dog while they were out. One of the teenagers left it on the countertop.
Driving DS to work today while his car is being worked on, then to Walmart for groceries at curbside pickup.
Crazy downpours and lightning last night, warm and humid this morning. Not sure if I’ll get to exercise.

Got me wee John Deere back from repair and overhaul. They forgot to put the padded seat back on or it came off and got lost in transport. Gotta call the guy this am.

Good morning gentlemen.
Had the grandkids over for a second night in a row, last night. Today is Rita's birthday, but the focus will be on the grandkids, I suspect. DDIL is bringing dinner over here tonight to celebrate.
Another day of puffy clouds and temps in the 70s. Forecast for Monday is for a high of 96, though. That's record territory, I suspect. Tumwater has hit 100 less than a half dozen times in history.0 -

Dave, on my treadmill, I have been doing a hiking series that covers the 33 miles of the Chilcoot trail in SE Alaska. I am always amazed at how beautiful the scenery is in a temperate rain forest.
