Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

@RangerRickL
Thank you for starting August's group. I have posted the link to my feed.
I will not be making Winner's Circle this month. I am still dealing with a delayed SARs-Covid whatever response. But, this group is keeping me in check even if I am not always meeting my personal goals.
Thank you all for your support and stories.11 -
No Winners' Circle for me either, but for me it's a winner that I am still here! I usually look at the Members' number, 89, and the current number of posts, 47, and I think: Well, I am still part of the 50%! Will try again in August!7

Still not back into the logging routine but today included a walk on the beach, a rolling session and a quick dip in the ocean. Loving the warm winter weather! Also got a new phone and watch yesterday, moving over to the Apple world so I Closed all my rings today and will be aiming to get that every day.6 -

Ditto. No winner's circle for me either but feeling really proud that I'm still sticking to it and still posting and keeping on top of what I can
Yes x3
Exercise was stronglifts 5x56 -
Three yesses for me today with a lovely long walk in the hills with my brother. Not in the Winners Circle this month, it's been a bit up and down, but could have been a lot worse. Still hanging on in here.5

@SuziQ113 I will not be in the Winner's Circle this month either. I have enjoyed almost two weeks of having at least one of my adult children in our home. Their is a separate HVAC for our area and the guest area. When we have gotten together it's been outside in the enormous ventilation that nature provides.1

@Chinkiri This month has had a huge drop off from those who started at the beginning of July. You are always a winner to me!0

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 60 minutes C25K training. Putting in a few more minutes than the app
training day calls for...ramping up for 10k app.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes2 -
@Geneveremfp You deserve to be proud! You are doing great!0

Today was an unusual day in that I worked alongside outside with our lawn care person for 4 hours of bending, lifting and carrying. While I have been out of our law office, nobody was paying attention to our office trees and shrubs. I like that type of work. No problem with calories today
Tracking was easy too.
As @alligatorob says, "It was a good day!"3 -
@RangerRickL
Sorry to hear about your health battle SuziQ113. Hope you are truly on the mend and feeling like yourself again soon.
I am yes, x's 3 for the day with 1 pass day left.
Planning to do some walking with the pup tonight...and kids if they will come....but exercised earlier...so this is gravy. ;D
I should make winner's circle.0 -
I will also be out of the circle this month. Earlier this week for the very first time since March 1, I had a 3 x NO day ... (which put me at 3 passes) .. then the battery on my kitchen scale died the next morning, and there was a delay until we could replace it (so no accurate logging possible for 2 days, although I DID get back to the exercise .... (so that makes 4+ for me!)
Scale is working / exercise done / everything logged /
TODAY was a good day. I think I have a better handle on how to keep my head above the paperwork level I have been drowning in (particularly for the last week or so) so that will help in many ways.
I have already joined up for August. Which will be the start of my 5th month at very stable maintenance.
(hmmm ..... I wonder if maintenance-fatigue plus something like @SuziQ113 's "delayed psychological reaction to covid" has been setting in)
My part of the world has opened up (slowly and safely so far ) even farther last weekend .... and now feeling increased subtle pressure from non-family to "do more / get out a bit more" but with my respiratory issues DH and I feel better / more secure if I stay put a while longer .... see what the local "2 - 3 weeks later" numbers are ....2 -
Happy anniversary, Terri!
@SuziQ113 , I hope you get to feeling better soon.
I’ve been yes x 3 the last three days.
I dropped .9 pounds this week.
Work is kicking my tail and the job search has been an exercise in futility.
We’ve had dangerously high heat indices this past week, and it caught up to me today. I spent most of the day indoors having a relationship with my kittens and the air conditioner. I’m sick of sweating, lol. My youngest son came over early this afternoon and push mowed the section of yard the tractor won’t reach, and my husband cooked For him a yummy meal of baby back ribs on the grill, grilled squash from the garden, tomato and cucumber salad with herbs, also from the garden, and corn on the cob.
My step counts have been in the 15k range during the week and all I did today was 30 minutes of light housework after sleeping until ten this morning.
Used to? I’d feel guilty for only getting 30 minutes in, but the way I’m blowing it out of the water at work during the week? Nope. No guilt here for active rest days on the weekend. 😂🤣😂3 -
Happy Anniversary Terri!
Yes, yes & yes today. With no more pass days left, I have to be good

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 12 mile run outside this morning
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!2 -
Happy anniversary Terri.
No winners circle for me this month. Another pass day for me today. Some friends cooked for us so it was difficult to track - or to say no to this delicious desert! A fun night. I did go swimming in the morning for the first time in months. That felt great and was easy on my calf which is no longer hurting as much but still making its presence felt!
I’ve definitely taken my eye off the ball a little in July, but I’m still going which is slowly paying off in a few lost pounds.4 -
Happy anniversary @TerriRichardson112!
Pass day #3
Exercise 10 min quigong, 30 min strength training, rain all day but enjoyed relaxing indoors
Tracking no, I know I am over... Homemade cake again...

Stressfull several days. I had to go fill in for a worker (and very good friend) that has Covid 19. She is my manager and works during the week at our Janitorial Service. She is pretty sick. I felt so sorry for her. No respiratory problems yet thankfully. Really worried about her tho. She is in her late forties but has had some heart issues.
So far I have bern been extremely careful...mostly staying home as I am at risk because of my immune supressing transplant meds. I was thinking I would have to fill in a day or 2 each week (it's 3 hours from home). Tonight I talked to a couple that work for me doing that job on the weekends. They said they would fill in as long as needed. They have filled in before during the week so they know what to do. He said they would treat the account like thier own and appreciate having the work. What a blessing. It's like a weight being lifted of my shoulders.
This is the first person I personally know with the virus. Scary stuff. My heart goes out to all of those affected directly by the virus and by it's inpact on us.
