8/01: Starting weight 186.6
I'm up for the challenge and can use the encouragement along the way. Don't know if I'll actually lose 20 pounds during this month, but will give it my best. Great BHAG!

    bdavis11758, we may not reach it, but we will not disappoint ourselves in not trying to give it our best shot! Let's do this - we'll get as close as we can to this goal. If we only lose half, we are to be celebrated. Losing is winning!
