Hi, exercise.....how important is it to your diabetes journey?
My mantra is if you don't use it, you lose it so daily or nearly daily exercise is a must do. I'm not obsessive about it, only 23 minutes a day but with a program for strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and good posture. I usually do it 5 to 6 days a week and have been doing so for almost 3 years now. My doctor is very happy about that and says it's one of the most important things diabetics can do for themselves.

Question of the day......Autumn is here and Halloween candy is already in the stores. What's your strategy for handling it? Me, I don't hand out candy but give out Dollar Store items like pencils, erasers, glowsticks, stickers, toy cars, play dough, etc. The kids love it and so do the parents. And I can't eat pencils!
