    Morning~

    * Flew DF in to help with Lowe's install of shed.
    * Shed was a no show.
    * Skip chewed a few people out on a few phone calls.
    * Shed supposed to arrive today for install.
    * Skip isn't betting this will occur.
    * Ugh!

    Good morning

Lee, do you like ozark? Love it here

I have no idea why the laptop discussion popped back up. It was from a year or more ago??

Ds1 comes tonight with his new gf. I hope she has a lovely personality. According to ds2 she’s a real dud. Oh well, as long as he’s happy. She did just become a licensed pharmacist in Indiana and Wisconsin. Passed all her boards. Smart girl. Oh, ds2 officially is done with his masters too.

    I’ll cbl

    Good morning BBB crew.

I went through a delivery drama with Lowe's last year. I haven't shopped with them since.

Nothing but beautiful weather in the long range forecast. Can you have too much sunny and 80 degrees?

Not sure I "love" Ozark, but good acting and pretty well written. Couldn't finish because me bed was calling me.

Must have been that Richard guy posting that brought back the laptop thread, I didn't even look at the date.

    Morning BBB

After we left Mary we stopped in northern Indiana to have lunch with two of my former coworker(couple...not married) It was great to catch up. They are both going to be losing their jobs in a matter of days/weeks. I anticipate they will get married soon if one finds a job for insurance purposes.

Our new pet sit is in a small town just north of Lansing MI. The house is getting a full rehab that was supposed to be finished so we are in the basement. The kitchenette is kinda lacking but otherwise it's totally comfortable with a patio door right to the backyard. The dark park is about .5 miles away and a river runs along the boundary. They have kayaks we can use too.

Rain all day today so I see lots of cuddles in my future. We have two collie mixes. Super well behaved.

    Tis Frydee!!!
Did some one make a cut at us older folks, less age, should we offended and start a protest?
    Continues HOT and HUMID here,
    Congrats to DS2 on Masters
DW is not being as fortunate on washer/dryer purchase, they are saying washer first of next week dryer and stands in about two weeks; but dryer works fine she just wants them to match
Lowe's nor Home Depot give the service they were once known for; we first went to Lows's to purchase a Washer/Dryer and could not get anyone to help us after 20 minutes we left. Purchased from local appliance store who is known for service and came in a little under big box sale prices.
Off to count, they are trying to get us to work more hours, all overtime approved; sorry I did not sign up for that.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • DS2 and a Masters? I thought he was in HS last year. This group has been together for awhile.
    • It was strange to see that 2 year old laptop question pop up again. The answer is still the same.
    • I am surprised they allow sheds on the plantation. Err, excuse me, fully sustainable farming community.
    • We have a very high end golf course community across the street from us that used to be called Reynolds Plantation. A couple of years ago they changed the name to Reynolds Lake Oconee because you must be politically correct.
    • Well both conventions are over. Let the fighting, debates, non-stop news coverage, constant ads and phone calls begin.
    • Enjoy the family time Kelly and Skip.
    • Have a great Friday BBB.

Congrats! Exciting that DS1/2 both completed Masters..... Ditto, Dennis! Seems like they were just getting license last year!

Don't think the HOA doesn't have at least 7 pages of the 500+ page HOA design review dedicated to shed particulars!!

Lee, I hear the fishing in CT is pretty good...

Leslie Slater recently was out fishing by kayak with her family in Colebrook's West Branch Reservoir when she reeled in the impressive catch, pictured. (Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection)

My Census Superv told me they are actually hiring in some areas from out of state, if Im interested... they are so desperate for enumerators in places, with incentives and overtime pay. I dont understand why folks without work wouldnt jump at the chance for easy work, at this high hourly pay rate, like this?

Mary, they are trying to get me to work overtime as well as go to other parts of state with premiums, I signed on for 20 to 29 hours and believe those working for the money should go after overtime. I have met some super folks in and around the county. My Census I-phone has locked up two days in a row. Problem today while working a low-income housing complex; most very cooperative, guy came out wanting to know what a "dam cracker pasty white *kitten*" was doing there and I had not even gotten to his building. Complex manager told me it being Friday he was leaving and suggested I go ahead and finish up. Several police cars came cruising through. I left 5 undone in there and reported it to my supervisor and CFS.

True dat Sam, point being why I'm out. I wonder though if you lived in the hood and counted there too if it'd be fine for ya?
