    Wow it has been Tuesday since I posted. Mea culpa.

    Dog puked up the squeaker toy. Did not have to do surgery. Yay. I enjoy slicing and dicing but only if absolutely necessary.

    Need to make time for more frequent yoga.

    Hope that good soreness has resolved, Dave. Do you ever tire of that scenery? Amazing.

    Too bad northern Cali doesn't have the remnants of a hurricane to put out those fires. Prayers for those in the path of Laura and fires.

    Thanks for sharing with this new program, Mike. Intriguing.

    Good Morning

    Up early thanks to my back. Busy day today with a couple Hammered Dulcimer workshops at a virtual 2 day festival and then we take off for the SurgiCenter 45min away to get the RFA done. Then the traditional lollipop and home to rest. My wife accidentally turned on the CPAP machine yesterday and then started pushing and twisting things, except the off button, to try and turn it off. Somehow she changed the start up settings so I hope I have time to call and get help getting it readjusted. I can't find how to change it back.

    Prayers for those who had the hurricane pass through. We couldn't handle that much rain Lee. Our arid climate can only handle and inch or two.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    The soreness seems to have passed, Lee. Only some residual itching from a few mosquito bites. Small price to pay. I never get tired of the mountains. I do find that these hard hikes seem to be getting a little bit harder, this year. Age is creeping up on me, I fear.

    Fires, storms and floods. Hate to see these things; pray for the victims.

    Looking ahead at our weather forecast, I see nothing but sun and low 80s for the next 10 days. Strange summer. June was like April, now September is starting out like July is supposed to.

    Late check in today. I envy you guys and your hikes. That's just awesome!

    Lee, hang in there! I know that you have your hands full with work. Remember to get in some good "me" time. I need to, as well.

    Finished all of the last little details in the bathroom last night. It is 100% finished now. I will start on the other bathroom after Labor Day, or 2025. I'm not sure yet. It will got a lot easier than the first one, as I know what I'm doing now, and I know what mistakes to avoid.

    I'm very happy that today is Friday!
