Another cool morning here. Heading out for a hike and will tinker with some bicycle repairs at the picnic area afterwards. Bringing homemade bean and sausage soup in a thermos for lunch.

Youngest son Nick and I are planning to climb Mt Monadnock in So. NH tomorrow. Been over a year since I was there. Some GKs are back to school this week. Two days in class and 3 remote. I suggested at least looking into homeschooling to one of my DDs as a fall-back option, but not interested.

Finding it hard to stick to 3 meals and few between meal snacks.

Lee, how’s your muscle pull healing?

    Have a good day.

    Mornin' gents.

Who said this calf pull is gonna take a while to heal? Well, they were right. I'm still limping pretty good. I can ride the stationary bike if I take it easy.

The socialization aspect of school is pretty important in the younger kids. Zoom just doesn't cut it.

WW used to promote the in between meal snacks. My problem is unless tracking, I cheat or kid myself that the snack is less caloric than it really is.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good morning gentlemen.

I pulled/tore a calf muscle a couple years ago, and it took six weeks to get better. Hope you have a better experience, Lee.

Our garden is killing me. We had another strawberry shortcake dessert, last night.

Thinking of a road trip, today, driving up through the North Cascades.

    Good Morning

My last running injury was a torn calf. It took 6-8 weeks if I remember.

Just PT this morning and some more chores and some shopping. DW was under the weather yesterday and I am guessing today so that will changes things up a bit.

A drive through the Cascades sounds pretty nice
