    Mornin' BBB.

Raine, Raine went away. She'll come again some other day.

Great that you got to see yer dad. DU=Dear Uncle. Not sure why I couldn't figure that out.

Cooler temps and rain has brought out the slugs. Ugh. Found a cucumber hollowed out by slugs this am. This is WAR.

Anyone read Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus? Sam's quote reminded me of "le differe'nce."

Dennis and I the only ones who remmber Kim Delaney on the TV show "China Beach"?

    BBB OP ;-)

    Morning BBB

Last full day at this sit. Will do laundry after we kayak. River is pretty low but it's a nice trip.

Going to stop in Niagara falls on the way to New Hampshire.

    Good morning BBB crew.

I remember "China Beach," Lee. Hated that show. Every time soldiers made contact, they got whipped by the NVA and had to make a desperate retreat. Hollywood view of Vietnam War. Not the way it happened, at all. We lost the war strategically, not tactically.

I really never watched it, so I'll take your word for it. Just remember Dana Delaney and Marge Helgenberger.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Those really are cute dogs Steph. NH in the fall sounds great. I'm waiting for the pictures full of fall color.
    • I'm not going to say I had a crush on Capt. Colleen McMurphy. Nope, I'm not.
    • I just finished a book set around the famous Isle of Man TT motorcycle race. Now I want to go.
    • I can't believe Skip missed the dryer news. Jeesh. Must have been the beef overload.
    • Safe travels Steph.

Ron has always wanted to go to new England in fall. Neither of us are super keen on being cold but we literally have no rent for almost 4 months so should be able to spend that money on adventure.

I'm hoping for spectacular fall views.

    Good Afternoon

I have more tomatos than I know what to do with. I will share with my co-workers.

Raine pulled back into FL I think yesteday or day before... ? she is likely unpacking and catching up with work load.

Shhhhh, its not fall yet, its still summer! Lets not rush fall now okay?

We added two teenager girls to the glamper mix this weekend, gonna be tight quarters with 4 adults and the dog too, but fun. Maybe the landlord will take in a ds1 and dgf to his house and the girls can take over the back glamper bunks. We need a second guest glamper at the new site, for sure. Ahem. Forecast shows clear skies and 80's.

Sam's dmil must be visiting her other family??? I missed her depart news?

All of sudden half of our lawn is looking sick, dead and sunk in, worse than it has ever in this area in the 3 summers we've been here. The original driveway was once there. SO is livid. I'm annoyed as well. Whatcha going to do? Hire a guy in spring I guess with a front end loader and dump truck. We'll deal with it next spring. Likely have to scrape off down to the problem and rid it haul away and, haul in some top soil, and seed over.... fun fun fun. Our neighbor says the builder did not remove enough of the old driveway asphalt. That certainly could be the problem oh joy. Homeowner ship. blah.

    Have a nice night BBB

Down here many of our summer grasses will eat and grow through asphalt.

At 5 this afternoon sitting under tree waiting to start yoga class, 94 degrees with heat index 102, went inside and set thermostat on 69; finally cooled off toward end of class.

Dennis, does Bone Island Grill still offer their wing special on Wednesday night

Sam, I don't know. I haven't been since the virus hit. I checked their website and they are not on the menu.
