    Long evening with students - interrupted by power surges from storms....

    Looking forward to quiet/relaxing Labor Day weekend!

    Totally missed the new appliance acquisition..... Congrats!

    Thinking we'll get out the Vette this weekend for a last Season ooo'rah....before packing her up for the season....

    I've booked Cecilia's to Brazil next month for 4 weeks. 2 to self-isolate and two to be with her mom. So... Party in Austin next month!

    Good morning BBB crew.

    Another beautiful day on Puget Sound. Our summer started slow, but it is sure finishing on a high note. Best of all, the nice weather, here, hasn't been marred by a lot of wildfires (knock on wood).

    Getting the old Rav4 serviced today. It's at 245,000 miles, so I am pretty disciplined about getting preventive care work done on time.

    Got home and DW was cutting backyard, I trimmed around DMIL's door while she was not here
    Continues HOT & HUMID
    Dennis, all of Madison requires mask except while eating
    Dave, sounds as you are just getting Toyota broke in young lady that worked for me a few years ago had over 700,000 miles and still running
    Will do what ever DW wants this afternoon
    DMIL may get back tomorrow

    Good morning !!!

    I'm gathering goods for the weekend at the lake. I have a new pretty open reel, bright blue, fishing rod, set up with a 6lb. line and sliding bobber and a #4 hook and red bead and a sinker. I'm ready. Just need to get the juice nightcrawlers on way.

    Weekend Menu:
    *Crock pot chicken soft tacos.
    *Grilled English mufflin (lite), Turkey pepperoni, cheese, veggie, pizzas.
    *Brats, & chicken sausages, buns.
    *Eggs your way, pancakes, grilling thick pork bacon, turkey bacon.
    *you're on your own for anything else, they are bringing all snacks, libations, kid drinks, water bottles, ice tea, lemonade.

    I hope you all have a nice. relaxing. fun, enjoyable, safe, dry, weekend.

    We are now only 2 weekends away to closing & moving onto our new property at the lake and 29 days til the dds wedding!!!

    Good meals Mary!

    I was so angry. So, we have a washing machine that works just fine. Got a text sent to me from church that someone is needed of a washer and dryer. Even states that they don’t need to match. I contact the person that sent the text. The recipients want a matching set. Unbelievable. I find that to be truly ungrateful. Oh well.
