Another cool morning.
Did a longer mountain bike run yesterday afternoon--12 miles and 1200' up and down. Cut my leg climbing over a tree across the road and had to break out first aid kit. Stopped several times for snacks, a rest, walked up some steeper hills, but a great feeling workout after it was done. Saw very few other cyclists and walkers over the 3 hours.
Second Zoom meeting last night with weight loss group. I think I lost 3 lbs.0 -

Very Nice Mike. I too like getting away from the crowds. Takes a lot more energy on Mt Bike trails for sure. Our WW meeting is a zoom meeting too0

Tutoring day today with one session and a paper to correct and then some work with Miracle Friends to take care of. Temps are starting to climb today. Tomorrow we start a stretch of 100+ days. Labor Day Weekend always gets brutally hot. Wierd0 -

Bill, please keep high temps out there; we have finally cooled to mid 90's
Been busy working with Neighborhood Ministries,
Have done something to right shoulder and arm, started popping the other day whenever I moved it, now hurts if moved and can't stand to pick up five pounds. It is getting where it keeps me up at night and pain pills no longer working.0
