Yes for all three. Felt like I ate a ton of food today but still left 500 cals on the table. This was great if you want to try... 1/2 cup strawberries; 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, add 2 packets of splenda then use a milk frother to turn the milk into whipped cream and put on strawberries. Low calorie and feels like you're cheating! Pretty cool!9

It'll be tough to make it to the winner's circle but not impossible. I'll definitely keep at daily accountability posts even if I disqualify myself. October should be better... ending the month with a holiday rather than starting with one will be a bit easier lol
But again... not giving up during September... quitting is not an option!!

Pass Day #1
logged: no
under: H3!! no!
exercise: yes, 30 minutes on an ancient Nordic Track at my in-laws
Not a good day overall, but there were some parts that were good. I did not sleep well, for starters. My food scale battery was burned out first thing in the morning. I knew I was making my family an authentic Hungarian dinner, and when I tried to pre-log it using entries in the database, I discovered it was going to be a challenge to stay under for the day. So with those three hurdles already in front of me, my brain went to the "effit" place, and I started with a bag of crackers and it went downhill from there!
The good? I got in a visit with my in-laws, the chicken paprikash and cucumber salad turned out well, and both my boys were here for supper.6 -
Yes. Yoga for 40 minutes

Oh, how I love Jiu Jitsu! After a 4th crazy busy day at work which included getting attacked by a door (after the 40+ kg python lunged at me, I was focused on him and caught my finger gouging a huge chunk of flesh out)! Believe me, the door was worse than the python! That’s how my life goes.....
This will really scare me as I am not a fan of snakes. I am glad you are safe.
