My activity level is looooow, so I just want to start slow and get my steps count higher everyday.1

I use Beachbody and do at home workouts. I’m doing a cardio/strength workout right called Muscle Burns Fat (MBF)! It’s about 30-40 minutes a day.1

I would like to lose 10-15 pounds but I’m more focused on how I feel and staying consistent with nutrition than overall weight loss.1

My main goal right now is weight loss, cause I gained the COVID-19 lbs during this pandemic. 😳1
