    Yes to all. Logged everything, came under goal, walked twice, for thirty minutes each time.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - way over - had catching up on my exergame to do, plus a McDonalds McFlury to work off (ate 120 of the total 190 exercise calories)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes (only thanks to total exercise)
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes (even the not-so-good McFlury that I let my friend treat me to ... knowing that a light supper plus plenty of exergaming would make up)

    I discovered today that it is possible to microwave an ear of corn for four minutes (instead of boiling it for Idunno how long... It was PERFECT!

    at somewhere over 4+ pass days used. But intending to see the month out strong.

    leave all the leaves on (so DON'T shuck it) . The leaves and silk are what keep the moist steam close. After the four minute, you cut off the end (and therefore all the connections between the leaves and the core) / discard leaves and silk / season to taste / enjoy!

    I also saw a heading that one could wrap (presumably already-shucked) cobs in wet paper towels. But check the net on that as the timing might be different, and there might be nuances to the procedure in the article (that I would not have seen, not having read it)

    SO Happy & Grateful to be able to Hike again! Shirt heat wave expected, so I’m glad we got some long hikes in!

    No to all 3 today. My off days are still better than what they used to be so I'm thankful for the improvement.

    @BMcC9 I learned the corn trick this summer and it's life changing! So much faster, easier, and less hot in the kitchen. Why weren't we taught this when younger?! :)
