Since there are only 3 days left in September, we all need to know who expects to be in the Winner's Circle.
I've been off the internet grid for the last 9 days and I'm still traveling back to my home.

Hello everyone.
Thank you @RangerRickL for posting the link for October. I will not be making the WC this month.
Work has been crazy busy and I am barely finding the time to visit the boards on a daily basis. After spending 9-10 hours in front of a computer I cannot fathom another minute. Plus it's not great for anyone's health. I have been logging and exercising which is important.

Going to the winners circle again nice feeling couldn’t do it without everyone’s support and input such a great group of folks.
Logged stayed under and did 24 minutes of spin wish I had done awhile ago I think it eased my OA knee pain 🤕 soooo much better today hope for a couple of spins tomorrow and a lunch time walk3 -

I have only used 1 pass day, so I should make the winner's circle this month. I have really appreciated the help and support from this group. I learned how to tackle my weight loss issues that were holding me back and have lost almost 4 pounds so far this month.4 -

My walking partner and I will be trying to incorporate some basic interval training in the morning...and I think I'll make myself carry a weighted ball....2 -

Another pass day for me. Evening snacks pushed me over my limit but I did start the day with a run so exercise done.
The new week promises to be very active and I eat better when I’m active. I also have plenty of healthy food ready or easy to prepare.3 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Extremely high on the exercise (over 22000 steps - over 500 fitbit calories earned)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - even with the decadent dessert, I had calories to spare.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
Out of the September WC but getting my groove back for the "Run for October" WC.2
