    @Beka3695 Beka great job, you weigh less than me, I am stupidly going in the wrong direction 174 today. I will take a deep breathe and just try not to sabotage and bail out. I am in a challenge with another friend and they have lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks. I think sometime I should not compare and just do my own thing. Next week I am prepped and ready to go. Carbs are a killer for me, hence the gain. Back to protein and veggies. I am so happy for you. INSPIRING

    Sorry for the delay. We’ve had a garage sale this weekend and I have been consumed with prep and the actual sale. We were blessed with picture perfect fall weather and I was so happy to get rid of that clutter! Now if I can only let go of the body clutter! 😂

    Not happy with the gain but it could’ve been worse. I had a four pound swing this week so I’m satisfied with a one pound gain! Lots of water weight due to two things. My daughter was home and we went out for Chinese. I picked a new dish and it had a lot of sodium. Also, my PT at the fitness studio had us working some killer sets. I was sore all over and I’m sure my muscles were retaining water as well.

    We originally planned to go on a road trip to the Grand Canyon and Sedona but it looks like that is scratched due to some work we need to do on our home. I’ll know by Monday if it’s off so I’m avoiding the grocery store until I’m totally certain.

    This is actually pretty motivating to keep the ball rolling. The downside is, I feel like I’m starting to get flu symptoms. I got a cough and a little bit of a sore throat last night right after going outside, and I’m often a little stuffy right when I wake up. I decided to wait for 2 hours to see if these symptoms go away after getting out of bed and staying upright, and if not I’m going to get tested. Fun times. I’m already compiling a mental list of all the people I’ve seen in the last few days.

    My NSV yesterday was exercising when I REALLY wasn't feeling it. My motivation to do it came from the step challenge. I need to kick it up a notch if I want to complete. Our team members are blowing me away!!

    I thought I was done with this cold already, but NOPE. It's silly because I feel otherwise fine but my throat is itchy (not even particularly sore) and my voice is weak. I have to cancel my Friday personal training session and dinner party attendance if I'm not feeling normal tomorrow, since I have to self-quarantine until all symptoms are cleared :(

    Kinda sad, I actually showed a 130.4 weight most of the last week and then I get on the scale today and boom...+.6. 😠
