3xyes. I tried to go around the trail I walked yesterday but at night in the rain. I did really enjoy it but I got completely lost in the middle of the forrest for a while. Quite a Blair Witch type evening when I bumped into a deserted camp well off the path :-) Nothing spookly though.7

A few weeks ago I had one of my bucket list items realized. I seen a mountain lion. It was kind of a fleeting glimpse lasting only seconds. But that long tail was unmistakable.
No way could I have got a picture of it.
But here is this guy in Utah that got his bucket list full to the brim of mountain lion. This youtube has been viral so you probably already seen it.
Heh. This guy has a lot of "beeping" going on. I think maybe he thought that lion might be averse to cussing. Pretty sure that is what I would have assumed.

rain for the THIRD day in a row - medical semi-emergency (NON-covid) for BIL that threw off whole day's mindset. Went from taking him the the dr. to hospital emergency (only because easiest way for dr. to arrange to have lots of tests happen all at the same time). We had to drop him off and leave once he was checked in - then wait and wait and wait at home for the call to come pick him up.
Got exercise in - smaller supper (finally - after 5 heavy suppers in a row) so probably WOULD have been under. It's late and I have to get my Duolingo (French practice) in before midnight ... and "back to the office" tomorrow.7 -

So sad ๐ฅ. I did better in stress conditions (first 1/3rd of the month) and failed now half way! Truth being said, I am still tired after the deadline and still have lots to take care of these months, so no relaxing...
Now the summary: yesterday I worked from home, munched (but logged), planed badly (to do a HIIT in the evening) and ended up going to bed being over on cals. I did bike for 45-60 min, to pick up kid from sports and do some shopping, but it was just not enough.
Since it's my 4th time this month, I am out of winners circle, for one... ๐8 -
