So sad 😥. I did better in stress conditions (first 1/3rd of the month) and failed now half way! Truth being said, I am still tired after the deadline and still have lots to take care of these months, so no relaxing...
Now the summary: yesterday I worked from home, munched (but logged), planed badly (to do a HIIT in the evening) and ended up going to bed being over on cals. I did bike for 45-60 min, to pick up kid from sports and do some shopping, but it was just not enough.
Since it's my 4th time this month, I am out of winners circle, for one... 😑
But keep on reporting, and you will be on the UA Champions list!

Yes x's 3 for the 21st even though this is the 22nd.
I felt like I really succeeded yesterday because there was ALOT of stress relating to a car issue (my son's) and the computer issue referenced below...and yet - I stuck to good eating choices(though the bad choices tried to sneak back in...so I kicked them to the curb).
I've used all of my pass days +1 - so still marching on because not making the winner's circle is ok! I'm aiming for daily victories... remembering this is a lifestyle...not a month to month competition. This group keeps me focused and I say THANK YOU RANGERRICK and all members... My 2020 would not be nearly as positive without the support of this online community.
I had a war with my google chrome and windows updates yesterday...AAAARRRRGGGGHHH...switched to a different browser - and no problem. Wondering if doing the same on my phone will allow me to get on the community boards again without having to be on my pc.8 -
@oldDogBiking - man my heart is still racing just from watching the video. I can’t imagine being there!

@dewit To me, you're doing well. You're accountable to yourself at the end of the day -- which is huge. You're aware of your fitness goals, see things you can improve, and you're working on them.
That's the point of the challenge that helps me the most, whether I make the winner's circle or not that month.6 -

Thank you so much! You ppl are fantastic! Just when I think I can sneak out of the group unnoticed 😆, you pull me by the collar right back in 🤗.
I am aware, from the minute I wake up. I need to relieve the pressure on myself, in many aspects of life, actually... Some day!4 -

Love that pic for today!! I am catching up on my postings. My default is to stop posting when I become disqualified but then I also stop tracking. I have learned that tracking is the key to my success in getting a healthy lifestyle, and reaching my goal weight.
