Good morning. I've been away lately. I was off my main job this week. Traveled in a car 26 hours to Connecticut and back. Released me possum last night so I binged on candy but I weighed in this morning. Up to 172.8 😭😭. I did get salads to prep for the week and I'll be back out during my lunch breaks.

I’ve lost last week’s water weight (had a four pound swing last week!) and the weight training wasn’t as rigorous as last week so hopefully I’m back on track. But I’m falling into bad habits like not tracking so I’m making a commitment to track everything this coming week. My husband got on the scale this week and I discovered that I’m only a pound and a half more than him so my next mini goal is to weigh less than him. Focus!4 -

Steps low due to crappy/cold/rainy week - I pulled out my treadmill for the first time in over 2 years since my surgery- I went slow and only for 20 min, but I did it!!
I will be on it more considering the weather changing and getting dark earlier next week3 -

Good Morning!
I am back to working both jobs this morning. While on a conference call, I made bacon and coffee for breakfast. I am gonna try to make lunches a bit later than noon so I am not starving again by 430. I feel like my scrubs have been fitting better lately, even if the scale isnt showing much. I do need to get the halloween candy out of my house. I made little baskets for my coworkers, my son and his girlfriend! Here's to a new week!4 -
