Can't believe this month is almost history but it is. I've been able to hang on...still have a pass day left. All in all not a bad month with the challenge. But definitely a challenge🤪6 -
Went over the calories in the evening, kinda quit playing. Was even close to not logging food anymore, but then I still did. Then went to bed early, I didnt realise how exhausted I was. No other exercising than some walking and a 15 bike ride, taking kid to his training and back. Full day, I tell ya!

Huge hike while hubby had successful Laparoscopic surgery for gallstone removal. In the past I would have gone out for breakfast, thinking that would relax me. Instead I headed for the hills!!
