    This week, for simplicity, I'll be doing the same sandbag workout 3x (MON/WED/FRI) and trying to improve my time each time.

    As for nutrition, adding my introduction to the December UAC reminded me that I've not been as accountable with my nutrition goals (like hitting 40% protein at least once a week). Until I get better at knowing my protein needs intuitively, this will require a bunch of pre-logging - which rubs me the wrong way - but I did it today.

    Yes, yes, and yes, it was a good day.

    To anyone who looks at my log there is an error. I did do strenght training and 45 min of low intensity exercise, but only once, not 3 times!
