I walked 30 minutes at work today throughout the building, and then another 15 mins tonight on the treadmill when I got home.7 -
With 1 pass left (used 1 on 9th and the other on the 19th), I have to be super careful ;-).
Today was not so good in terms of eating, but I evened out by moving around and working out (funny, but I have exactly 114 cal left, just like yesterday!). I might go in loss mode in December, cause this "maintainance" thing got me moving in the wrong direction 😲 (admitedly, by just 1 kg, but I'd love to lose back about 3kg 🤷♀️).6 -

I am surprised from my LONG walk on treadmill yesterday that I am not sore today, I thought I would be today as well, but guess because I have been doing treadmill every day for 2 months I am getting stronger doing it. I love your barn photos and this one is super cute!

As for nutrition, adding my introduction to the December UAC reminded me that I've not been as accountable with my nutrition goals (like hitting 40% protein at least once a week). Until I get better at knowing my protein needs intuitively, this will require a bunch of pre-logging - which rubs me the wrong way - but I did it today.5 -
