13 days down!

Good morning!
Yesterday was not a great day for me. I've recently started counseling for my anxiety and depression. Monday's session was tough. Despite crying most of the day yesterday, I managed to get my run in and rode one horse and both things felt really good in the moment. I tried to stick to calories, but the anxiety got the better of me on a couple of things. I went over my limit, but not by too much.
As @GabiV125 said yesterday, she will show up today and put one foot in front of the other. And here I am today doing just that. I will continue to do so. Some days will be harder than others. Some days will have more downs than ups. BUT I will show up every.single.day. Please commit to doing the same. We can all do this! One foot in front of the other.
Today:
Talk to my hubby about the things my counselor suggested I talk to him about. This will be hard.
Run 1 mile.
Ride 1 horse.
Stick to calories.
Hydrate. (is it possible to be dehydrated from crying so much?)
Be kind to myself.
Have a great day everyone! Thanks for showing up!

Send hugs hun!
I’ve had a crazy day at work and am way under my calorie intake but I’m just not hungry.
I’ve done 1/2hr on the bike though so pleased with that

Glad you're taking the steps to take care of yourself @3greyhorses 🤗🤗 hugs
@MrsAcyprus2015 crazy busy days tend to help me stay under too. Good job getting the biking in 🌞
I'm going to bike into town now and pick up the pumpkin pie a friend is making me for tomorrow and weigh myself at the farmacy.. fingers crossed that the scale shows some progress 🤞 🌈3 -
@3greyhorses -it’s very brave of you to start this new journey and wish you all the strength for it. Thank you for sharing and good luck!

Yep, foot in front of each other here. Ate on maintenance and barely reached 10k today, but it is a wildly successful day. On great days is easy to follow the rules; problems start with the other days. So I’m having a fantastic sub-mediocre day.2 -
@3greyhorses - so glad you are taking care of yourself and thanks for sharing. You are doing an amazing job!
Yes, one foot in front of the other. Loved your quote.
Sorry I have been MIA for a few days. Picked up my daughter from school and have been grocery shopping and prepping for the holidays. Goals for today were met. Now if I can be reasonable tomorrow, I'll be happy!
@MrsAcyprus2015 & @GabiV125 - Congratulations on your successful day!
@rayonrainbows - Hope you had success with the scale.
Happy Thanksgiving!3
