Pass day #far too many plus one
Another chaotic work day with my friends. End of my teams shift so we need to disinfect everything as well. And luckily my supervisor came in to help tube the python. My friend’s boyfriend even helped hold her still once the head was safely restrained. I’m dead tired and haven’t logged anything today. Luckily I managed to swop my church media duty tonight because I need to be at work at 4:30 to help tag the rehab seals and then go to sea to drop them off in the current that will take them south. Gonna try fall asleep before 7pm!
I had to stop at the shops to get snacks for the boat tomorrow and I officially hate sanitizer. My hands are covered in cuts from feeding penguins so every drop off the alcohol sanitizer burns in multiple places. I am even wearing my watch on the wrong arm because they bit me where I normally wear it and the strap rubs. I take the watch off when I work with them because they have cracked the screen protector before (by getting their beak under the plastic bumper I have as well). Vicious little demons.12 -

I remembered to wear my smartwatch for today's workout. And, coincidentally, the instructor happened to estimate our calorie burn for today's session (I've not heard her do that before).
She pegged 500 calories and when I showed my smartwatch display, she was pleased to have been so close.
So while it still seems skeptically high to me, I'll take it (along with the huge helping of curried shrimp and naan I decided to devour for dinner).7 -

Even though you are taking more pass days then you want and haven't been able to exercise or log your food like usual past few days, you have to burn off ALOT of calories at your job! I bet you would be surprised that you are doing better than you think because naturally without added exercise you are so busy in your day and seldom sit! Congrats I think you are GREAT!4 -

With almost 400 calories left, a nice 1h walk in the neighbourhood and some light workouts for lower body Body worth about 1/2h, I'd say the day went pretty well 😀.
