    Exercise: walking in the desert, 40 minutes: horseback activities more than 45 minutes riding and lots more time around moving around the stable.
    Tracking: good
    Calories: well under my limit

    Another chaotic work day with my friends. End of my teams shift so we need to disinfect everything as well. And luckily my supervisor came in to help tube the python.     I had to stop at the shops to get snacks for the boat tomorrow and I officially hate sanitizer. My hands are covered in cuts from feeding penguins so every drop off the alcohol sanitizer burns in multiple places. I am even wearing my watch on the wrong arm because they bit me where I normally wear it and the strap rubs. I take the watch off when I work with them because they have cracked the screen protector before (by getting their beak under the plastic bumper I have as well). Vicious little demons.

    Even though you are taking more pass days then you want and haven't been able to exercise or log your food like usual past few days, you have to burn off ALOT of calories at your job! I bet you would be surprised that you are doing better than you think because naturally without added exercise you are so busy in your day and seldom sit! Congrats I think you are GREAT!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, exercised at work, slow walking over 8 hours, disinfecting public areas due the pandemic, carrying a few heavy things (not required) for upper body strength
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

    A day for a long long walk and lots of interaction with family and friends via facetime. A good day.

    Exercise: Yes, 9 mile train run. Actually ran/walk/hobbled the last 1.5 miles but no broken bones....
    Calories: Yes. Underate at dinner actually.

    With almost 400 calories left, a nice 1h walk in the neighbourhood and some light workouts for lower body Body worth about 1/2h, I'd say the day went pretty well 😀.

    1 more day to go indeed!
