Good Morning!
I woke up sleepy this morning. And, since I have exercised every day for over a week, I decided to skip this morning. A rest day is good once in awhile.
Very busy at work, but I am enjoying it more, again. We have several positive projects going in, in addition to month end. Hopefully, we'll make a decision on the solar project today.
I also still have 15 hours of continuing ed before the end of the year. Ugh!
Mike, how did the ham radio class go?
Have a great day!0 -

Good morning gentlemen.
Chilly, this morning - 30 degrees on the backyard weather station.
I started my WW journey at 221 lbs. and dropped to 164 in four months. I think my WW goal was 174. I stayed in the 160s for eight years, then started to gradually drift up. On Saturday I was at 193. Totally unacceptable. I don't want to go the WW route again. But when I lost before I was very disciplined about getting in my exercise and in portion control. I want to follow that path again. My goal is to be back in the 160s by my birthday, March 8. Yesterday I tipped the scale at 189, so that's a start.0 -
Good Morning
I do find it helps me to be on some sort of plan to provide a structure plan around, but portion control and meal planning seem to be really helpful on these Low Carb/Hi Fat approach. I have to track to make sure I don't go to low on my Net Carbs. I reaggravated my ankle yesterday running my few errands, but my stand mixer is home, I did some XMas shopping, had a great cup of coffee and a beautiful fall day. Full load today starting with 8am PT, conference calls and my teledoc monthly review on the weight loss plan with the nurse. I should have a good WI later today.0 -
Afternoon gents.
Congrats on the loss, Dave.
You gonna start a bakery, Bill?
Be OP ;-)0 -
Good loss Dave.
Ham class is going well. Teacher is very enthused; I would recommend these Zoom classes to anyone who was thinking of doing it-- one student is from Kansas and another from NJ, though most are local Boston area. Last class is tomorrow. I am going to put off the exam till after the holidays and hoping to find a live, in-person testing location if pandemic subsides soon enough. New England Sci-Tech. if anyone interested...
Eldest DD sent me an orange fur hat after I told her I ran into a bow hunter while hiking in the woods the other day. I have 3 other fur hats, one of those also a gift. Can never have too many, I suppose...
Have a good rest of the evening...0
