21 days down

It's said that it takes 21 days to form a habit. How are you all feeling about that now that we've completed 21 days (or more)? I am feeling it! I don't even question whether or not I'm going to exercise or refrain from certain foods or beer anymore. I definitely have new habits and am feeling pretty damn good about it :smile:

Today:
Run 3 miles
Ride
stretchy yoga
weigh/measure and track everything
Enjoy a beautiful fall day with my ponies!

    I'm also definitely feeling like I'm building new good habits, exercise and food-wise. I'm also starting to get a more intuitive understanding of calories and how to find a healthier balance there. I want to start making cycling a habit like I've done with walking.

    I did great yesterday, and I really want to do the same thing today. I had a super filling tofu scramble for breakfast, and I've got another hour of work to let it settle in my stomach, and then I want to go do something active.
