It's said that it takes 21 days to form a habit. How are you all feeling about that now that we've completed 21 days (or more)? I am feeling it! I don't even question whether or not I'm going to exercise or refrain from certain foods or beer anymore. I definitely have new habits and am feeling pretty damn good about it
Today:
Run 3 miles
Ride
stretchy yoga
weigh/measure and track everything
Enjoy a beautiful fall day with my ponies!

WOW 21 days already! It doesn't feel like that long ago you started this group. Definitely getting into the habit of logging my food and it doesn't seem to be such a chore. I hit all my goals yesterday plus did some healthy cooking for the rest of the week.
Today:
2 walks
Boot camp
Daily challenge for Dec organized by boot camp (1/2 mile timed run and 1 min plank - I've done day 1 and 2)
Stay under calorie budget
Right before I go to bed to say something positive to myself about what I did today.
Have a great day everyone!5 -
I am definitely feeling like things are becoming a habit, especially getting active everyday. For me, it has really helped to enter into some sort of step/walk challenge to get my steps in.
Yesterday I went for a great hike and then had some take out food afterwards, and I still stayed within my calorie goals. I am still sore from yesterday, so goal for today is to get my daily steps in, get my water in, and yoga.6 -
It is hard to believe it has been 21 days already. This is the longest I have consistently logged my food. I have to get better checking in here. I am good at getting my exercise done every day.
Today I will a) log all food and stay under calories b) get a 5 mile walk in c) work on my finishing my curtains5 -
I'm also definitely feeling like I'm building new good habits, exercise and food-wise. I'm also starting to get a more intuitive understanding of calories and how to find a healthier balance there. I want to start making cycling a habit like I've done with walking.
I did great yesterday, and I really want to do the same thing today. I had a super filling tofu scramble for breakfast, and I've got another hour of work to let it settle in my stomach, and then I want to go do something active.
Good luck with your goals today everyone!! 🌈🌈💜💚4 -
@tinacuso I'm the same this is the longest I've logged my food at least on this site. Really helpful for me to be accountable to the group.5

I don’t think I got a new habit, but I definitely learned new things about me and I’m still tweaking with everything, from eating, exercising, sleeping, to just breathing .
Today I was in the office and it was one of those days, part deep breathing, part mumbling under my breath.
Calories- under, walk- barely registering5 -
Somethings definitely have become easier like logging everyday, walking getting 64oz or more of water. Still making some changes. I have noticed I'm sleeping better and my energy levels are up.6
