Here we go! Another Monday! Another chance to reset and start fresh after the weekend, a time when many of us struggle to stay on track.
I've got a new schedule planned to include riding every day and I've signed up for https://emeals.com/ to see how that works for us.
This week's goals are to ride at least 1 horse for at least 30 minutes every single day, run every day (at least 1 mile and include 2-3 longer runs) and keep under my calorie limit every day. Of course, there are other things like yoga, swimming and weights, but ride, run and stay under calories are non-negotiable!
Today: ride, run, groceries, some meal prep

Good morning! I had a great weekend. Did my daily 1/2 mile run and plank and was able to get some work done around the house.
Today:
2 walks
Week2/day3 of the C25k app
1/2mile timed run
1:00 min plank
Drink all my water
Stay under or right at calorie budget.
I was also invited by some friends to a work week competition on Fitbit so my goal is to win this sucker. LOL!

I stayed uner my calories all weekend but I put on a lb when I weighed on saturday so wasn't happy but it could be balancing out for the week before when I was poorly so I'm just gonna go with it5

Good Morning! Happy Monday!
I met my goals from yesterday and I'm waiting for my plateau to burst.
Today I am going to a) log all food and stay under calories b) put some Christmas decorations up c) continue to sew curtains d) drink 6 glasses of water e) get my 14,000 steps in

Intentionally splurged for my birthday this weekend but then was back on track on Sunday. No more good excuses till Christmas. Today I'm just going to work on staying under calories and drinking water. Really need to clean out my car so that will have to count towards exercise.5

I joined a free weight loss support program through my job- Real Appeal. There are weekly virtual meetings, and they send goodies like food scales, measuring cups, recipe books, etc.
I didn’t do too bad this weekend in regards to overindulging.6 -

I didn't have the best calorie day yesterday. Not the end of the world, but I do wanna get back on track today. Been hungry this morning. I think it's cos I didn't eat as many veggies as usual yesterday. I still can't find the energy to go cook veggies 🙃 oh well
I don't really feel up for exercising today. Maybe I'll feel better if I can take a nap. Mondays are a little tricky for me schedule wise cos I start teaching at 7:30am then I have a break in the afternoon/evening, then more classes late at night. I'm going to try and drink a lot of tea while I'm working tonight... Anyway I've got a big day tomorrow walking around the market town so we'll see how today goes. I might decide to nap instead of taking a walk, but I'll try to make sure to at least swim.

Stayed within my calories yesterday and got my water in. My ankle is less swollen today, but still tender, so I'm still keeping off my right foot as much as possible. Yesterday I was getting antsy when I realized I could still be active even with my sprained ankle. So I did some upper body work and stretching. I also realized that I could also do push-ups on one leg, so that's what I did. Also, hopping around on one leg is also quite a workout.5

Sooo, yesterday I closed my diary, wrote here and then instead of bolting upstairs I sat back on the couch and ...ended having some chips . I did not record them, since the diary was closed, although there were extra calories left.
Today I had a scale bump, ate alright and did not meet my steps because it was really windy and cold ( well cold for VA 30-40F).
This bare bones thing, is new for me.3 -
