Prayers for your ex and DS, Mike.

Glad to hear Rita doing better and that Army beat Navy. Do not want to discuss Jets vs Seahawks.

Bill, hope that clot dissolves safely. I got up the outdoor lights (no ladder involved) yesterday.

Supposed to get a snow dump this Wednesday. Dusting off the snowshoes.

I looked up getting certified in Yoga online. 200 hr certification course for $375.

    Be OP ;-)

    Mornin' everyone.

DS has COVID test appointment tomorrow at drive thru location. Meanwhile he'll be staying home from work. DSIL bought some groceries for them and dropped them off yesterday. Ex has mild symptoms so far...

Another late hike yesterday but finished before dark set in--will try getting out in the morning for a change.

time for me oatmeal and coffee...

So sorry to hear about your ex-wife Mike and also sending good thoughts to your son.
Ah Lee sorry about the Jets. NOT (teehee). Along with Dave I root for Seattle.
Glad Rita is doing better. Our snow dumping is in the mountains.

So Lee do you do yoga?? We have zoom yoga classes every day. Our Sunday teacher is wonderful albeit pregnant.

    Good Morning!

Prayers continue for Rita, and for Mike's family.

I want to be interested in Yoga, but never enough that I stick with it. I don't know what's up with that.

    Have a great day!

    Good Morning

Mike, adding you DS to the prayer list.

Test results showed no blood clot in the leg, but with it getting harder to walk and now there is swelling so he is ordering an MRI to figure it out. I am logging some serious recliner time. Somehow the rest of the decorations are going up.

    Enjoy your day.

    Good morning gentlemen.

I kind of like the idea of yoga, and certainly see the benefits. But I dislike exercising in a group setting. I enjoyed getting up at oh-dark-thirty for physical training, but not doing so in a formation of other GIs. So I have never had anything to do with yoga.

Rita has another follow-up appointment late this morning, so I won't be able to get in a walk until the afternoon.

Dave, I am a solo-yogist. Privacy of my own home with only the cat to laugh at me. I was only researching getting certified because Sam mentioned getting his cert updated or something like that.

It is taking me a heck of a lot longer than 200 hours for certification. 50 years ago there was no certification; should have applied in 1999 when I could have been grandfathered in, but had just changed jobs and went to work for county was not on my mind.
Lee, I believe you could do well with a yoga studio
Mike, hope Ex and DS are doing OK
Bill, glad it is not a clot, hope they find cause soon.
I generally find on line yoga classes move too slow for me, have a friend in FL who was doing online till she opened a studio in September, would use her classes a couple times a week on days I did not have classes.
No snow down here but will be cold for GA balance of week.
