Trying to get out a funk and get into the Holiday spirit.
Witnessed a crazy event at our local supermarket. Two ladies arguing over their masks.
Its getting crazy out here. Not sure what's coming - but it scares me!
Long day ahead. Bracing for the storm of the century. I got the snowblower out and ready - which means it is guaranteed to not fall one flake!

Mornin' BBB.
Cat fight. Lot of folks stressed out and nerves on edge. We have to hang in there a bit longer until the vaccine is available for all.
Speaking of the vaccine, I was notified by the state that I may be asked to give vaccines once available.
Sarah Jane Spaniels. Still miss that dog so much. Raine, your heart must be aching.
So glad the kitchen is done, Lou. It looks great.
Big dump of snow coming with N'oreaster tomorrow. Probably no dog training on Thursday.
Mary, is Maddie getting more gifts than everybody else? What river is DS fishing? Those are MONSTER fish.

Morning BBB
We appear to be north of the snow this time. That makes me happy....I'm over scooping. We will still see it as we head south on Friday. But it is bu## *kitten* cold here today.
Got new back tires and the front rotated last week and now there is pink slimey/oily stuff coming from the front wheel well and smeared down the side. Thankfully I saw it and we washed the car before it got too cold. Called the tire shop and they say it's not them but sounds like there was fix a flat in the tire. 🙍🤷. Doesn't sound like something my grandparents would do without fixing but we will take it back in today. Do not want a flat when we are fully loaded and on a snowy road.
One last load of laundry and need to mop all the cottages and we are done. Except cleaning ours before we head out.0 -

Lee, DS2 is fishing the Milwaukee River way east about a mile or less from Lake Michigan. Later today, he invited me along to go pick up " the ring". Its ready! Shhhhh. So happy for him. Maddie has only 2vgifts from me! Lol. I should get her a new bone though...

Lou, haven't heard there's a contractor escrow, likely not in this small lake town.... SO says we will wait to book and pay in March, for end of April work, if he fills up, we find someone else...

Snow, here, largely stays where it belongs, in the mountains. Big dump there, today; wind and rain in the lowlands.
Rita's eyes continue to progress just as the doctor expected. She tested at 20/15 in both eyes, yesterday. She'll go back for a final appointment in a month.
Stepped on the scale yesterday and I was down 9 lbs in the last three weeks. Only 20 more to go. I want to be in the mid 160s by my birthday, in March. I told my DW I'd like to fit into my old dress blue uniform. If I do, I'll take a photograph.0 -

- Skip, I agree with Mary. You need to start thinking about early retirement. I envision a professor teaching from the NC coast enjoying a slower pace of life. My motto is Go Simple Soon.
- Lee, you getting recruited to give shots reminds me of my Dad during WWII. He was a veterinary meat inspector which had enough medical in it to qualify him to be a corpsman on a Army hospital ship. You can give me my shot anytime. Woof.
- Dave, I have developed a corona gut this year. Your goal would work for me too.
